2. Use of AI Services and Content

Our platform provides AI-driven capabilities and tools. You retain ownership of any original input data or prompts you submit to the platform. By generating content using our tools, you grant MTDGRAFX AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your input content strictly to provide and maintain the Service.

You agree not to use the platform to generate text, images, or assets that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (such as monthly or annually). A valid payment method is required to process billing. Should automatic billing fail, access to premium services may be suspended until outstanding dues are collected.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Termination

In no event shall MTDGRAFX AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
